Benjamin Fremaux appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Idex Group
Thierry Franck de Preaumont is stepping down as CEO after leading Idex for the past eight years.
The Supervisory Board has chosen Benjamin Fremaux, who joined the Idex Group as Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2019, to succeed him as Chief Executive Officer.
The entire Supervisory Board joins me in thanking Thierry Franck de Preaumont for the step-change he oversaw at Idex. Under his leadership, Idex emerged as the leading independent operator in France and saw its revenue break the €1 billion mark, up from €650 million in 2012. It was natural for Benjamin to succeed him after working alongside him for many months. Benjamin is determined to continue overseeing the Group’s growth, in France and internationally, at a time when the energy transition market is booming.
