Dorothée Oliver and Marianne Blanc have both been appointed Regional Directors, while Jean‑Pierre Lamalle has been appointed Director of Infrastructure Development.

Dorothée Oliver, 43 years old, is stepping into the role of Regional Director for Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes (AuRA). Following her studies at INSA Lyon, Dorothée specialised in energy efficiency retrofitting within the VINCI Group. In 2013, she joined the Demathieu Bard Group subsidiary BLB Constructions as Director of Refurbishment.

Dorothée Oliver is taking over from Olivier Perroud, who has been appointed Director of Services.

Marianne Blanc, 33 years old, is stepping into the role of Regional Director for the South East. Marianne, a graduate of ESCP Business School, has been with the Suez Group for the past 10 years. After starting out in the Strategy Department, she spent six years in the United States developing construction projects and water treatment services for major industrial clients. In 2019, she became General Manager of Industrial Water Services for all of Europe.

Jean-Pierre Lamalle, 54 years old, is joining the Group as Director of Infrastructure Development. He will help Idex expand its district heating and waste-to-energy (WtE) activities, leveraging his experience as Regional Director at Veolia Recyclage et Valorisation des déchets and as Sales Director for the South West at Dalkia.
