Every year, millions of people are forced to flee their country for many reasons:  social, diplomatic or climate-related. As a company with a strong commitment in this area, Idex has joined the initiative developed by the start-up Each One, to help refugees access the workplace.

Fourteen leading companies have joined the start-up to create Each One For Tomorrow. Idex is a member of this coalition, which is seeking to provide sustainable employment for 10,000 refugees of all nationalities over the next two years. 

Alongside industry leaders such as Carrefour, Generali, ADP and Pierre Fabre, Benjamin Fremaux, CEO of Idex, signed an article published on May 31 in Le Monde.
