Idex signs the Diversity Charter
A new project submitted to the CSR Trophies came to fruition when the Group signed the Diversity Charter. In line with its CSR commitments and diversity policy, Idex joins over 4,000 companies that have already signed the charter.
Pierre Cassar, the Human Resources Manager behind the CSR Trophies project, was in attendance alongside Benjamin Fremaux, Thomas Le Beux and Odile Bonhomme to sign the charter.
In signing the charter, Idex pledges to uphold six commitments:
- Raise awareness and train employees about non-discrimination and diversity
- Promote the principle of non-discrimination
- Encourage representation of the full spectrum of social diversity in France
- Communicate about the pledges with employees
- Position the diversity policy as a topic of social dialogue with employee representatives
- Regularly assess progress
