Idex’s East Regional Office has won a Design Construction Operation Maintenance contract with the Université de Lorraine, in Nancy.

Our teams will be responsible for improving energy performance for the next six years, through studies, works and maintenance.

A big challenge awaits them to make energy savings on electricity and heating consumption!

To achieve this goal, renovation works have been planned on the following buildings:

  • the university site

  • the Faculty of Science

  • the Libération site

  • the Présidence Lionnois site

As part of these works, some 30 substations will, in particular, be completely renovated, upgraded and improved thanks to a global CTM system.
