Since 2016, the Idex Group has been providing multi-service solutions for the housing association Vosgelis through its housing subsidiary, MUST. The customer was looking for a single service provider to deliver technical services for over 16,000 homes.

Multi-service solutions for buildings

Idex subsidiary MUST has been partnering housing associations for over 20 years. Building on the experience gained with these vast property organizations, MUST has expanded its multi-service solutions, providing Vosgelis with expertise in plumbing, maintenance of sanitary facilities, electrical installations, carpentry, locksmithing and ventilation. Alongside these tasks, we are also able to relamp the common areas of all properties. 

Our Epinal agency has deployed a team of 23 multi-service technicians for Vosgelis homes. The multi-services contract has been marketed by the association as a brand: Sérénélis. 

Over 4,000 preventive and curative operations are carried out every month by multi-skilled technicians, assisted by specialists in electricity, carpentry, plumbing and tap fittings for jobs requiring a greater level of technical expertise. 

  • The main priority: comfort

    The comfort of the residents is the main concern for our team. To make sure that all tenants have access to Sérénélis services, MUST has set up a partnership with the Sofratel Customer Relations Centre. 

    The performance target is to pick up an average of 200 calls a day in under 30 seconds. 


    A data exchange connection provides Vosgelis with continuous updates regarding the properties and the work carried out during the day.

    To improve the visibility and traceability of work for operational staff, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) specially designed for this contract, sorts and publishes all the work orders scheduled for D-1 every night.
