At Roissy airport, Idex ensures passenger comfort
Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport is the world's tenth busiest airport, with over 72 million passengers passing through every year.
Groupe ADP has a strong CSR culture and expects real commitment from its service providers, particularly in terms of energy savings.
The quest for a single service provider
To meet the expectations of Groupe ADP, Idex developed a solutions showcasing its commitment to the energy transition and making specific assurances to ADP.
Already a service provider since the 1990s for preventive and corrective multi-technical maintenance at eight airport's terminals, Multidex is extending its HVAC services contract with Groupe ADP.
Our staff are now responsible for the two new airport terminals, S3 and S4, along with terminals T1, T2 (A, B, C, D, E, F) and the TGV high-speed train station.
Forty operational technicians are spread across five sites to meet all requirements.
Optimising facilities
In addition to managing the preventive maintenance of climate-control systems and sanitary facilities, Idex is now also in charge of corrective maintenance, and will be responsible for improving the energy performance of the terminals falling within the scope of its work.
A total 12,000 systems are optimised or replaced by our staff to further the energy transition of our customer.
