An immersion in Idex values

Skills transmission is a priority for Idex. Work-study students make up 6% of our workforce and we recruit over 350 work-study students and interns every year. The event was an opportunity to highlight the inspiring career pathways of our employees, and to provide new arrivals with practical insight into their future with the Group.

A focus on learning and discussion in the morning

The highlights of the morning included:

Team building: team spirit in action
