Idex acquires SE2M Services, expanding its range of multi-technical services in the Greater Paris area.
Idex continues to develop with external growth in its services business. The group has recently acquired SE2M Services, a company specialized in multi-technical maintenance (heating, cooling and electricity). SE2M Services operates solely in the Greater Paris area, thus consolidating Idex’s expertise and service coverage in the region.
SE2M was founded in 2006 and since 2020 has been a subsidiary of Financière Canella, a holding company supported by the investment fund Andera Partners, which also owns SMRD-BAT92 (housing renovation). Its portfolio of over 80 multi-technical maintenance contracts includes national leaders such as Nexity, Generali, Euronext and Carrefour. The company has an excellent reputation and employs some 50 technicians, whose recognized know-how nicely rounds out Idex’s range of expertise. Their merger saves time and will empower Idex to deploy excellence across the Greater Paris area, while capitalizing on the quality of SE2M Services employees to support expected growth.
