This operation establishes the Idex group in Belgium, and follows the recent acquisition of Danpower Baltic, Lithuania’s leading independent producer of renewable heat.

  • Backed by the investment fund Antin Infrastructure Partners, the Idex group has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Go4Green from its three founders.

    The three each retain a significant stake in Go4Green and will support the company in its growth strategy.

    Go4Green is a Belgian company specialized in improving energy performance in buildings. The business finances, installs, and operates cogeneration solutions in common areas of joint-ownership buildings and social housing.

    Go4Green will become part of Idex’s energy infrastructure business.
