Idex helps Essonne improve its energy efficiency

This energy performance contract covers the renovation of 40,000 m² across six buildings:

• 3 tertiary buildings, including the departmental government headquarters
• 3 secondary schools

Consortium principal Artelia will plan and carry out work on the building fabric and electrical systems.

Idex will plan and carry out the modernization of all HVAC and fluid installations, then operate and manage energy performance in the buildings.

This GPPC (global public performance contract) will enable the Essonne department to make savings of 30% to 60% on heating and between 10% and 20% on electricity.
